Looking to sell vintage pieces or a collection? We assess items carefully and make fair offers.
Would you like to sell individual special pieces or an entire collection? At Bavarian Heritage, we purchase selected vintage items and antiques when they fit our range and we have storage capacity available.
We are particularly interested in objects with history, quality, and character – not mass-produced goods. We are happy to take our time reviewing your pieces, assess their market value, and make you a fair offer if we are interested.
What do we buy?
We are especially interested in the following categories:
- Paintings and graphics (oil paintings, watercolors, drawings, prints)
- Ceramics and porcelain (vases, figurines, tableware, art ceramics)
- Sculptures and figures (bronze, wood, stone, modern objects)
- Music boxes and mechanical music (table music boxes, musical boxes, snow globes, individual movements)
- Clocks (wall clocks, table clocks, alarm clocks, special wristwatches)
- Decorative home objects from the 18th and 19th centuries (lamps, small furniture, design objects)
- Vintage collectibles with a special motif or theme (e.g. travel, advertising, children’s room, seasonal decor)
If you are unsure whether your pieces fit, feel free to contact us anyway.
How does the buying process work?
- Initial contact – Write to us via the contact form and briefly describe what you would like to sell. Photos, dimensions, and any information about age, origin, or brand are helpful.
- Initial assessment – Based on your information, we give a rough assessment of whether a purchase is generally feasible. For larger collections or estates, we will discuss the next steps with you.
- Viewing and offer – Depending on the scope and location, we arrange a viewing or work with good photos. You will then receive a fair, transparent offer – you can take your time to decide.
Purchasing as part of estate settlements
When dealing with an estate, it is often difficult to recognise which pieces are truly valuable. We help you maintain an overview, separate valuables from everyday objects, and purchase suitable items directly.
This turns a challenging situation into an orderly and respectful process.
